The best doughnut holes ever!!!!
I had a great time Sunday morning making these not-so-perfect doughnut holes. I used the recipe from Cooks Illustrated Baking book. I only sub'd cinnamon for nutmeg in the batter.
Lora bought me the eggs from her neighbors. A couple weekends ago I made a incubator out of a cooler. I still need to take a picture of the setup. Now I have 11 eggs to go into my incubator. I'm so excited. I hope they hatch! I just hope to get a barred rock for dicky. He said that's the kind of chicken his great-grandma had on the farm.
